Thanks to everyone who responded to the time management survey! My Survey Monkey account is now maxed out, so the survey is closed; thank you so much for taking the time to respond. It may be a while until I can share the presentation (potentially after the ATA conference in November) but I’ll give you some of the data shortly. Very interesting stuff!

Hello Corinne,
Done with the survey! This is an always important matter for those of us who have to manage it all… the time… the bills… the kids… the difficult terms, or clients, or texts…
How would you share your findings and/or your conference presentations with those of us not lucky enough to attend them?
Best regards,
Angélica S.

Echoing Angelica Samper’s request that you share your findings after the conference.
One thing I did not mention in the survey was that even if you are good at time management, if you stop doing what works for you *for whatever reason*, you will become bad at time management, and it is very hard to regain the good habits you once had (experience talking here!).
The last time I attended a talk on time management, the enthusiastic speaker ran out of time. 🙂 I am sure you won’t be doing that, Corinne!

Absolutely looking forward to it! I’m a pre-amateur [as in I’m waiting to start school to be a translator haha] but the question of how I should manage my time in the future as a freelancer has been on my mind for a while. Can’t wait to see what’s been working for active translators 🙂 Thank you for taking the time from your work schedule to blog about topics such as these~
